01

Transparent Governance

Open meeting minutes, published budgets, and clear decision-making processes. Every member deserves to know how their club operates and where their dues go.

02

Industry Partnerships

Build lasting relationships with engineering firms and tech companies in the DFW area. Regular guest speakers, site visits, and mentorship pairings — not just career fairs.

03

Inclusive Recruitment

Actively reach every corner of the engineering college. Targeted outreach to underclassmen, transfer students, and underrepresented groups. IEEE should reflect the full diversity of UTA's engineering talent.

04

Technical Workshop Series

Monthly workshops on skills that matter: PCB design, FPGA programming, machine learning fundamentals, technical writing. Taught by members, for members — building a culture of peer learning. These workshops aim to build and strengthen foundational concepts that students may struggle with.

05

Point System

Point system — similar to SWE's and PES's — in which members earn points by actively showing up to IEEE general body meetings and participating in events. The points would be redeemable for a variety of prizes ranging from small electronic parts to funding for conferences.

These aren't promises. They're commitments — with timelines, accountability, and your input at every step.
